I broke 5 Getrag 420s. Just finished a T-56 Magnum XL swap with Spec mini twin clutch and 3.91 gears. She's holding strong.

275's... I have wheel spacers to bring the wheels out flush with the fenders. 275 Nittos are a bit wider than the 275 Michelins I had before so it took some dialing in to keep tires from rubbing. Car handles like it's on rails and stops instantly. I love the setup.

Thanks! 420 currently, but on my 5th one. I have to be very careful shifting into 2nd when the tires are sticky as 2nd gear likes to blow. I was thinking about the T-56 swap but also looking into a sequential dog box which looks really fun and super fast with clutchless shifting.

@@EESDesignLLC A sequential would be epic! Have you seen any for the M5s that will take that sort of abuse? Ive got to ask what fuel injectors are you running to get that sort of power as well?

@@ZeroTo60Tube Hi and sorry for the long delay in response. I'm running the Bosch 440cc green giants. I'm also running a smaller pulley on the supercharger and 103 octane race fuel. Also a load of other supporting modifications including meth injection and full exhaust. I ended up doing the T-56 swap, it was actually a very easy swap once I had the bell housing figured out. I test drove it for the first time a few days ago and have a few minor details to work out with driveshaft clearance. I also have to swap the gearing due to the different gear ratios in the new transmission. Planning on running 3.91 gears in place of the factory 3.15. In comparison to the factory trans, the new gear will give me a longer 1st gear and slightly shorter 2nd and 3rd for better acceleration if I get traction. Also the finicky shifting when the engine is cold and gear rattle is gone now with the new trans. I plan on doing a detail video on the entire build. The car is a special machine I've been working on for 10 years now and is friggin awesome! The perfect car.

In this video, I had the 3.15 supercharger pulley. I'm now running 2.95 along with a number of other modifications including evolve billet intake plenum and meth injection. Just the pulley made a huge difference in power. The car will be retuned soon. I'll post a more detailed video with all the specs and numbers soon.

@@EESDesignLLC That is awesome. I would love one of the evolve plenums! They're both quite small pulleys too (well, compared to the ESS kits). Can you remember the boost increase from changing the pulley?

What kind of boost can I run with stock motor and plenum? Is 10psi too much?

Hi, I still have this car. A few more things have been done to it since this video including meth injection, evolve billet intake plenum, RTD shifter, updated tune at 700hp and lightened up a bit with carbon fiber hood, trunk, mirrors, also brand new professional paint job wet sanded and buffed to a mirror finish. Not currently for sale but would sell at the right price. The car is located in Fort Lauderdale and currently stored in an air conditioned warehouse. Not using it much anymore but it is a beast and I still love it.
