I’m 50 years old and my dad made beef muscle jerky for as long as I’ve been alive. No matter how much quantity he made with the many flavors and recipes he made, he broke even on cost but, everyone loved his jerky! He still used some of the round dehydrators as backup but he got the biggest Cabelas dehydrator they had to offer in 2013. He passed in 15. I told my siblings to take all of the jerky stuff. Tried to get my dad to get a pellet grill for years but he was set in his ways. My kids bought me a pellet grill/smoker 2 years ago for Father’s Day and it’s large. I haven’t used my charcoal nor my 8 burner gas grill since!! I can go from 160 to 500 degrees and some can go to 700 or more. Yesterday, I made some 90/10 burger jerky. About 8 lbs. Used my dad’s recipe-ish. 5 hours from prep to finish. Jerky gun and a pellet grill is the way to go man! Been a jerky kid since 1975!

Thanks for your question. We liked it a lot. As you can see from the video we really liked the staff. Before you get checked in they may try to get you in a sales pitch, they held our room saying it wasn't ready until we gave in. If that happens play it as long as you want. We skipped the presentation the next morning. Food is typical buffet, nothing special. We didn't eat at the ground floor restaurant only seafood one by the pool both menu restaurants. It was good. Lots of kids activities from what we could tell. Very safe. If you have been to Puerto Vallarta before you know about the airport. We used taxi from there, it is the further Zone, more expensive but easy to get. I have two other videos from our trips to the city. There's a pool club on the roof. We were glad we didn't pay extra for it. Our time there was in January, not sure the sun really was high enough in the sky. I hope this helps. If you have more questions, I'm glad to try to answer those as well.

Thank you. I have a beautiful sunrise video facing the other direction. This view is from US RT 1 looking toward Bath. A bit down river from Merrymeeting Bay. My family has been here for over 50 years. My wife and I moved back three years ago. A bit built up these days! Thank you!

I can make another short with people in it. That one at the end was the biggest in the clip. About 6 feet or 2 meters in diameter. Just before it ends you can see a car driving on the road. Hope that helps. I'll look for another clip. Thanks for commenting!
