Yo helium upload some more graphical shorts like this. I'm trying to run th video shorts at a business on my helium Hotspot hopefully it will spark more interest in the network and I can ear rewards from running the ads.
Great idea for a video. Could have easily been done a little better. Audio is two different volumes. Two different recordings makes it seem more "fake" or rehearsed. I've been using the cell phone plan since February and its been nothing but good. I've even deployed a lot of outdoor "hotspots". Its really hard to pitch the service to people. Mostly because it sounds to good to be for real to those who dont understand. Another video with testimony and better explanation of why and how the service is provided. Why the low cost. How and why you can earn from using mapping. This would be a big help to reassure people its not just some kind of gimmick.

app is terrible. it loops around every time you select continue for setting up your sim. it's stuck in a loop.

How many thousands of people did you guys sell the CBRS radio lie to? How many of them paid thousands investing, installing, building and supporting, only to have the rug pulled and rewards cut by 99% while Nova laughed their way to the bank? A lot of people got hurt and those were the people who supported Helium.

Helium Mobile rugged its own CBRS radio community, causing its own community to lose 99% of their rewards and essentially turning supporters' $2500-6000 investments into paperweights. Be careful! Lots of red flags with this project.

Okay this sounds kind of interesting but how many of these helium hot spots are there? How do you set one up if you want to do so? Could we set one up at our home? And if you're on a helium hotspot and you get out of range do you seamlessly go on to T-Mobile? Like how good is the coverage with these guys? This is a cool video and all but there are a lot of questions not answered.

Still a little confused about the Helium network. This is more of a person hosting a Helium 5G mini cell tower. Are these cell towers just meant for Helium mobile uses or can other carriers use these helium towers?

Helium reps WES and CYRENE have left chat open and didn't even close and are ignoring my further messages along with other CS reps who have been working the last week....... Helium customer support has not responded back to me for more than a week. They left the ticket open so I cannot even create a new chat for question/concerns. There is no other way to even contact them. This is definitely rude of customer service to do so. They just ignore. Have been sending messages for more than a week and still no response. They haven't viewed the messages I have sent. Is there another way to contact them or write feedback. This is really poor customer service. I genuinely need to contact them and they are ignoring.
