Get a pro circuit and keep the stock cylinder and get it ported and ul make more power than that Athena mess…Athena is pretty much just junk…the stock cylinder ported will be better in the long run I promise u kid

It will be more power…the take the cylinder and take material away and polish it back smooth to the intake and exhaust… just look up some images of port and polish work on engines and you will see what I’m talking about…that original cylinder is made way better then Athena and u should try and keep the original as long as possible…if you get aggressive port work on the stock cylinder it will make way more power than the Athena could dream of and last 10 times as long

Don’t do a 125 big bore. Motor is set up for a 85 engine; cranks wouldn’t be able to handle the bigger bore and gaskets might blow. Maybe something like a 100 cc big bore would be better

Since you asked that dude for tips I'm gonna give you some real tips I've learnt after 7 years of racing mx (I'm by far not the best but I try) 1. Never ever chop your throttle, always keep it smooth especially at jump phases because that's what gave you that kick back. You really wanna already carry the momentum before entering the phase of the jump but you can still jump it if you are very gentle and smooth. 2. Look at the motoacademy for example to get ideas how to sit, stand, where to sit and stand aswell as posture 3. Feet always always always stay on the pegs unless you wanna break your legs and eyes always looking further forward then you want to 4. Have fun, always take a sighting lap like that dude said and be careful because you can hurt yourself real bad It took me 10 min to think of all this so please give it a try a few times.
