A ridiculous statement by one of the many fans who want the game to be more physical! James Naismith intended this games to be about skill and finesse, not physicality! The skill levels of most of today's players is lower than ever. If the games being played currently were played as the sport was intended most of the players would foul out before the games reached half time. This not about evolution of the game, this is completely about entertainment. It's not entertaining to see these young athletes suffering injuries the sideline them for weeks, months, even years. I would like to see the game revert back to its beginnings. Finesse and skill. The actual post is even more ridiculous. I follow UConn because of the way they play basketball. Geno's record speaks for itself. I am confident in saying his career wins will be closer to 1250 by the end of the season than 1200. His teams will keep winning and I predict that he will add another National championship to his legacy before he decides to leave the game. I also believe it will happen this year.! I don't believe any team will go undefeated this year, and I would really like to see all the young players get the opportunity to finish the year healthy and enjoying the sport!
