I personally was not even aware of who she was until all this controversy came out. I should not be included in the dangerously illogical fallacy of bandwagoning that you are trying to use to defend her. Having been abused all through childhood myself and then seeing this person be allowed to hurt as many people as she has...she is reaping what she has sown. I've been watching how she and the world have been reacting to all this controversy ever since it came out. That song that she created with the ukulele brought out a lot of my PTSD. The only "good" thing to come out of it is that she has stopped using minors in her show. It would be nicer if she would outright admit she messed up and actually mean it. Also part of the reason a lot of this is coming to a head and wasn't reported when it happened was that these survivors (which are who those minors are) have finally been able to fully process what happened to them. It sometimes takes years to understand childhood trauma and what made it traumatic.
