I'm bummed that NDR didn't let the candidates in Germany's Junior Eurovision 2024 national final write their songs, but it doesn't mean these songs are bad though. Should the EBU limit adult composers' involvement in writing to a maximum of 50%, which I 0% doubt, whoever represents Germany should rewrite part of his or her corresponding song.

Franz / " Komplett " 4 and 5 were hard to decide because I am not a fan of Bellamore's song due to the tone on the vocals and the beat irritates me a bit, and Bjarne is usually put for last. My Top 5 From Australia 🇦🇺 (The Running Order I listened to them in is Bellamore, Bjarne, Franz, Greta, Julius) 1. Greta 🇩🇪 All Of Me (This song is a good song and a contender for the win this NF and I think I could see this doing very well in JESC, Potentially even winning it. I think this was the most engaged with the song I have felt in this NF and I think this is the best package and the most engaging) 2. Bellamore 🇩🇪 Too Cool (Good start, It is beatable. I really think the limited staging options held it back but I think this has big potential on a bigger stage I'm guessing Germany didn't want to spend too much on this NF which is fair enough but I wish they had a bigger stage so The Artists could show off more of the package but This song does give my "Do It My Way" vibes which came 3rd so I think this song has heaps of potential and Even If Bellamore Doesn't get selected I could see her going places) 3. Julius 🇩🇪 Jupiter (Cool Song to end with. I dont feel like we get many boys with sas and this boy is giving sas and I think this could stand out and do very well If selected. Best Boy song) 4. Bjarne 🇩🇪 Save The Best For Us (This is good, completely the Opposite vibe to "Too Cool" I reckon he has a good voice but based off last years results I do think This song would finish bottom half if it got selected but I like it. I do wonder how this song would get staged if it did get selected) 5. Franz 🇩🇪 Komplett (This song while I dont mind it it left me wanting more and I never really felt like I was engaged with the song. If this does get selected though I do think a bigger stage could help this song a lot.) In Summary I really like all the Top 3 and I also like the Bottom 2 but If it was up to me and me alone to select Germanys entrant to Junior Eurovision then Greta - "All of Me" would be selected But I would be surprised if Germany finish low this year despite the underwhelming NF Stage which has been a theme in this comment But I think All of these songs would Be Top 10 if they were selected but I hope Greta - "All of Me" Gets selected but all of these have bright futures ahead of them

5. Franz-very boring, kind of radio sound 4. Greta- quite good, but did not impress me 3. Bjarne- love the chorus, but I think for Jesc it would be to boring(it would need to have a great performance and staging) 2. Bellamore- Great for Jesc, just not my music taste 1. Julius- mabye to casual for Jesc, but I love the song.
