PLEASE turn down the music!!! I love your presentation and the questions you ask but the music is so loud I cannot hear the answers. So disappointing.

We went here last Spring and stayed in one of the Italian Villa Skypool rooms that they show at the beginning. We absolutely loved our trip. One bit of advice. The Sky Pools are not heated, so when you test the water they will definitely feel chilly. But that's okay, just jump in and after about 8-10 seconds you will acclimate and after that it feels perfect. After that, you won't want to get out. I am averse to chilly water, so if I can do it you definitely can too. To be clear, the skypool isn't *cold* water, but it isn't exactly warm either. Just jump in, after 8 seconds you won't regret. Second bit of advice. The beachside area of the resort, including the beach itself, Neptunes, the pool with the living room seats in the middle of it--just that whole general area tends to be relaxed and chill. But if you want to party, the big pool that's further back in the resort--the one with the swim-up bar and pool volleyball net--that whole area is much more lively with DJ, activity, and on certain days even a foam party. So there are great places to go, depending on whether you want to relax or party.
