Now that was a great fitting with a GREAT fitter! And even a bit of a lesson thrown in. Personally I NEVER get fit, for a single club or a full set, unless it’s outdoors with a Trackman. 😉🏌️♂️

This is the fitting video I have been waiting for. I’ve been fitted for a driver but felt something was off. On a whim when the tsr3 went on sale chatted with titlest and decided to try a 1/2” shorter driver and lighter shaft. The results were amazing. A fairway finder but didn’t lose distance. I felt more fitters should look at shaft length but unfortunately don’t have shafts in a verity of lengths and ability to adjust head weights back to appropriate swing weights too. Great video and hope to get to TPI one day.

To me this felt like your best fitting video to date. Loved seeing not selling on the GT but taking whatever driver you've chosen and really dialing into what "fits" the best. Noone makes bad clubs anymore, get your length, shaft, swing weight and tee height correct and the rest is all personal preference. Great video Fraz loving the new channel

A real educated fitter not afraid to tell just a golfer he ain’t as good as he thinks he is in the perfect way. Ian ain’t the guy, he’s the “fairway finder” in the scramble, funny the master fitter shows up with the DEAD wrong driver lol … good video. Ego hurts your score….

Great video Ian .. what is the difference between the Tensei Blue 1K and the stock Tensei Blue they offer with GT?
@erikgrahn26244 сағат бұрын
Pretty sure he’s hitting the 1K they’re offering as stock

Fascinating vid Ian. I've had a few fittings in the past and shaft length has never been a main topic. I've sort of fell into using a shorter shaft by dabbling with different shafts and lengths myself. Keep up the excellent work 👏

Outstanding video. Great to see the true fitting process without any mention of marketing fluff. Just a couple golf nerds going through the process of getting better 👏

Super useful video. I wish fittings in general were at this level. I appreciate I'm a higher handicap but it can feel either pushy and dismissive. Wish you were local to us in Aus Fras, or TPI itself.

I play it at 44.75" but in my experience the swingweight has to be redone for every shaft and length change, not just recalculated, but re-fitted for this new dynamic setup. (I'm not a fitter, this is how I "fit" myself, first see if shaft/head combo can be hit at all on the range, then I try different weights, then take them out on the course and see the patterns there, and also how they change over a round. If I have to switch shafts the corresponding weights will be changed too, have the Callaway weight kit from 2g to 18g in 2g increments plus a 5g and leadtape if I need something inbetween, takes time but results have been good, very happy with my setup now)

I’ve been fortunate to be fitted probably 10 times at TPI and found shorter clubs throughout my bag improved my strike pattern and consistency. Curious Ian if you’ll try to make any other changes in club length thru your bag and if this will improve your game? Great video look for to many more!!

Great video Fraz, really brave to do what I call “leaving ego at the door”. I’ve been a victim of compensating my swing to play the shafts and clubheads my idols do. Completely to the detriment of my golf game. As I mentioned, really brave especially with your depth of knowledge to allow another fitter steer you in a slightly different direction. Bravo

This was so good, perfection in the net is so different to the course. It’s the score that counts not the numbers.
