DO NOT go as “tightly as possible” or you will cut off circulation in your foot…. Just snug is enough to support your foot. You want to be able to move that’s the point of this brace is being able to move with it still supporting you while you’re still healing.

I just purchased this a few days ago and have been using it everday. I have lymphedema , my ankle and the top of my foot swell so I only use it for compression. I really love this not only was it inexpensive but I can wear it all day and even inside my shoe and it woeks great

I really love this and I would definitely would buy it again especially bwcause it was so inexpensive. Insurance doesnt always pay for any of these type of things or much of anything having to do with lymphedema

As a Retired Orthopedic Nurse I can honestly tell you this is an imitation knee support,I can honestly say imitation because it gives you no support the edges are made of soft plastic not metal,fabric is poor quality ,patellar protection too small and bulky ….all around unworthy and dangerous….but they will sell until they go to Court ….I advise you this is one more “Hoaks” company making a buck out of inocent buyers.Soooo “Buyers be aware!!!”””
