If Pamela Saunders was the actress who played the Mayor's daughter, then who was the actor who played the Mayor himself?

I really wanted to like this game back in the day. I've tried playing it again recently, and I still have trouble with that first scene. Trying to get Guy to move rather than his gunsight or vice versa was a royal pain. I never made it to the scene in the snow house with the big lady, but that looked nearly impossible to get through. ReadySoft were known for doing conversions of Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, which were a bit of a nightmare on floppy disks. But hey, I was excited to play something at home. I remember ReadySoft coming out with this game as new, original game inspired by the laserdisc games. The game play is awful, but I love the music!

I got this game on a magazine coverdisk and was doing quite well when the disk suddenly corrupted. I had to wait nearly two decades before I got on the internet and found an Amiga emulator and a copy of that same disk. Finally completed the game and just got that stupid "yay, you won" screen.

I Always wonder why there almost no action RPG like that on this computer, a clone of Landstalker or Zelda is possible with this hardware, most rpg on the amiga where dungeon crawler or kind of point and click strategic game.

They def used dual playfield mode for this - 8 colors for the background and 8 for the bitmaps. Then the sprites ontop too I guess

Bro what, I literally have the exact same name, it's on console tho, but the chances I found sum1 with it lol, I been running this name on everything for years😭😂
@iamironclawАй бұрын
I started using this name in 1996 in Diablo 1. Needed a name for my first hero I created. Been using it ever since :). Then later a furry board game called Ironclaw came along, then some other thingy, then a mouse.

shadow of the beast instruments in a james bond game???
@iamironclawАй бұрын
For most people, these instruments mean Shadow of the Beast, but quite a few Amiga games used those instruments, as back in the day many music composers used the same set of those "ST-XXX sample disks". Can be found here aminet.net/search?query=st-+sampledisk. There's a variety of them, but for some reason, a certain few of those were quite popular it seem. I always think of SotB when I hear them in other games. Can only recall one other game right now... or not, maybe Dogs of War had some of those as well.

This is super impressive for a stock A500. As you mentioned, it definitely reminds me of The Raiden Project (which plays exceptionally well on PS1!).
