I don't know if you're going to answer this, but, does Krita generate XML files? Because for example, if I want to make a spritesheet for a FNF character, I also need its XML file to put it into the game.

As far as I am aware no, best option would be to look trough the documentation. Alternatively you could use a converter(PNG to XML)but that is probably not what you are looking for.

Thank you, only the screen frame was from the video editor(but even that can be done in Krita). Krita is very powerful!

They are hold frames, it means that that particular frame lasts 4 frames of animation(1/6 if a second if you work in 24 frames per second).

Usually if you have copied it the problem is in its position, use the transform tool to move it(scrolling back while having the highlighted frame also help to see its position).

SpriteSheets are designed to work in any program that can use parts of the full image or by slicing sprites directly and then using it.

You can enable and disable layers in the layers tab for the purpose of only having sprites in the picture since they will be usually animated independent of the background.

I must ask: What IF your not making multiple sprites? I'm only trying to make 1 sprite. I followed your tutorial but I always keep getting the background on it in the end, even when I delete the background layer (I don't see this option to disable background unless you mean visibly since I been doing that).

Ok so it had to do with how I selected my picture and copy/pasted. I looked from another video on how to get rid of background and it works if using the selection tool. I been choosing the select all option which is why I was having my issue. Asides this great video!

If you are using Ctrl+t(transform) for moving the layer sometimes you need to zoom out of the picture to see where the layer is and then while holding the middle of transformed area to move it.Hope this solves your problem.
