Sausage, use a 5mm plate. 6mm is too coarse and a 4.5 mm is a little too fine. A 5mm or 5.5 is ideal.

Haha, my husband tells me to put my hoodie and extra clothes on. His body runs warm and especially now that he’s been diagnosed with leukemia he gets hot flashes. I have hypothyroid so I’m always cold! It gets uncomfortable sometimes but I try not to make things harder on him. He did buy me an electric heater that I use in our bedroom during the day. We’re in California and our electric bill in the summer with thermostat set at 78* was in the $900.00’s this last year so we ended up getting solar. But it shouldn’t cost that much to heat our homes. @@AWBepi It's a true thing, a phenomenal long term memory sense or that's what a neurologist told me a while back. I remember sitting in a high chair beside my twin sister and even the toys we played with. I go fuzzy from about 2000 to present though.

@mizzmary861 it's a gift and a curse, I'm glad I'm not alone. I remember escaping our house at 2 years old several times going around the block to the seafood store where I would climb up on a bench and stare at the Catch of the Day until the police or fireman would take me home. And on and on.
