Forget sending the power back to the grid would have you buy more batteries to store more power when the AC isn't in use( we have to use our creativity with these solar panels they're nothing but Sun Chargers and if you reverse the flow of power there LED lights)

I don't get it, may be somthing is there but we know it is a compact package unit only difference is the compressor or fan motor is run by solar energy here and the DC motor and variable speed compressor may give a better reasult. I may be wrong in understanding so i would like to get a specific reason.

We can't allow any excess Plant Growth....we may produce a Rain Forest if we produce anymore Co2,,,,Global Warming the World's Biggest Con ! F- ing Liberal Criminals ! "Carbon dioxide emissions from industrial society have driven a huge growth in trees and other plants. A new study says that if the extra green leaves prompted by rising CO2 levels were laid in a carpet, it would cover twice the continental USA. Climate sceptics argue the findings show that the extra CO2 is actually benefiting the planet." www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-36130346

Stop being a dumbass. Solar power means no energy enslavement to the globalist oligopoly. We ARE experiencing global warming, it's dubious that man plays a significant role in that, but if this were such a problem why do we increase solar energy by a few percent each year? By now we should be entirely solar. The man don't want that - the man wants to control your energy. Stop being so blinded by your hatred for one group you are blind to the truth in front of your face. Off-grid living is not a feel good snowflake solution, it is economic independence from a global energy mind control cult.

just a thought, cold air is heavier than warm air, that's why the location of air conditioner is always near the ceiling where the cold air can flow downwards. If someone is going to install this system, i would suggest to put additional pipe to redirect the source of air intake and outcast. if the system is used directly, i predict that the cold air will be sucked back into the intake pipe producing a loop of air cycle. this makes the system less effective.

Few pointers before you go blazing comments, this system key point is the 24Hrs availability because the commercial and industrial setups dont like unreliable system, you don't want to hear in pizza hut that their air conditioner not working because its cloudy, what this system does (as far i understood) utilize as much energy from solar panels as available and tap the rest from grid, if panels are at full capacity , you won't be using any electricity from grid, but if sun starts to go down, or its partially cloudy the air conditioner will still keep on running, the main issue is balancing both systems and make them run as efficient as possible, you can do it yourself too but commercial enterprises are usually not in DIY things, they want to buy solutions, (also the compressors consume a lot of electricity and not feasible for stand alone solar systems)
@AfaqSaleemChannel9 жыл бұрын
timcat100 ohhh , i didn't know i can use my home ac with grid tied solar system, thank you for this useless information , the point is not being able to make it its making it practical, not everyone has sufficient knowledge or skill for everything, i know people who does not know wtf a relay is, when i wrote comments 7 months ago I was a little disappointed people talking trash about system then appreciating it, because they are giving u a practical product with some data sheets, some maintenance or warranty program , or even cheaper due to bulk purchase production, or with proper engineering with air flow , heat removed, program controllers, technical literature etc etc etc. If a business company is going to install an AC its not going to store and say give us 10 solar panels , 1 grid tied inverter, 100 feet wire, one ac , 2 copper tubes, few magic tubes, and a technician. As for 99.99% managing cooling by window, its just that they cant afford it full time.

If you look at older and current Arkla Servel systems some mechanical means is needed, a condenser fan per say and a hydraulic pump to move the ammonia through the generator and condenser unit. It also requires a immense amount of heat to boil the ammonia. It's cooling is not instantaneous as with conventional refrigerants. There is also the factor of producing more heat outdoors. The list goes on and on...
@jowensblack482 жыл бұрын
How much heat does it take to boil the ammonia out of the water?

It would seem more likely one would choose DC motor if choosing to design a mechanical solar air conditioning unit. Take a typical 1 ton unit running on alternate current and invert that power and tell me how many solar panels you will need versus the six panels I will use for a ton and a half running on direct current!
@blogobre11 жыл бұрын
I did just read the patent regarding this system, rather interesting! Might take a few more reads to understand it properly.
@blogobre11 жыл бұрын
So what, you used a DC motor.
@Stacy_Smith7 жыл бұрын
blogobre NOT SO WHAT! In a weird kinda sorta way Edison was right! Well only when it comes to batteries and solar panels. An inverter converts DC into AC by cycling the polarity back and forth 120 times a second. Each polarity shift creates one half of a sign wave cycle. The inverter uses electricity to do this and puts out a NASTY square wave that causes hum and interference in electronics. I know this because I had an alarm clock radio hooked up to an inverter in my car and it made an AWEFUL buzzing sound. I hooked it up to a oscilloscope and sure enough, A NASTY SQUARE WAVE. Another way is to use a DC motor to power an AC generator. You wil have a smooth 60Hz wave but this uses even more electricity! BOTH are inefficient, but the power loss to rectify AC to DC when using grid electricity across a diode pack or a wheatstone bridge is nominal. By making the motor DC much more solar and battery friendly when using straight solar or stored battery power.

I'm going to wait until the air conditioning Gods release the reins on Adsorption Cycle based air conditioning and heat pumping devices in the U.S..When the American people see how it doesn't use mechanical energy,but only heat energy which can be just the heat from the space being cooled or by adding solar to make COP better ,and a 100 watt circulating pump for it's working fluid which is water.Now watch how fast this post will disappear!!! Maybe not...

The sad thing about America is the people that have the power dont fkn listen. My buds and I did reverse panels where they would basically pump our heads for ideas. And honestly having you ideas purposely stolen is most of the time the only way to give it life. I mean this is predating the digi cam, Pentium3 FYI. But we always suggested the simple things like solar panels on this on that. I even coined the Carbon fiber look solar panel hood for EV's back in 1994. Still not out yet

Its just normal refridgerated air conditioning, but DC instead of AC, more efficient compressor and Solar cells to supply the power. Electric cars use a similar system. The hot air is just dumped to atmosphere. the true term for this device is a Heat Pump, it is pumping heat from the building back out side.
