Good one! Didn’t have a step in the hotel gym and still got a great workout! I even got a fist bump from a weightlifter in the hotel gym when he finished his own workout! 😃💪👍

Without the “blah blah blah”, 52 minutes and 348 calories! 😊 Good suggestion to use the light weights from the beginning and I used 2, 3 and 5 pounds depending on the move! Good stuff!😅

Question…I thought if we made it to 12 on Total Failure is when you add 5% and if you make it to 8-11 you try to beat your total failure reps the next time…(please talk through the stretches…😬☺️) Love Meso 3…have I said that yet?😅

@@jenniferfarrelly gotcha! Add 5% if BETWEEN 10-12 reps. Above that 12-16 reps add 10% or more if higher. If only got one or 2 rep above or below 8 reps, don’t add weight and try to beat you TF. This is not an exact rule, but a guideline. 😊

Wow! That was a face melter! My watch now has a setting to rate the workout and it came up automatically as a “7/hard” and I agree! 😅 Like the format now that it’s done but not while doing it!😬😂🙌
