@hummersmstr. FYI I've been into the car scene since the early seventies & I know about every modification & the meaning to every style from hiboys,

actually it is a generalized term. next time google something before trashing someone. Since the introduction of artificial fillers (such as Bondo), the term has come to mean a post-war, large (full size) American car of the 1950s. A lead sled tends to have all extra side moldings shaved off and filled with the suspension lowered. Lead sleds are built for style, not speed. Some common lead sleds are the 1949 Mercury, 1949 Ford and the 1959 Cadillac

A leadsled is what the name is referring to when a car chopped they would use lead to do the bodywork where it's been chopped because back in the forties & fifties there wasn't bondo just lead to do bodywork & being that the car was sitting low to the ground it look like a sled & most chop tops took a lot of lead & that's where leadsled came from & the other cars in these pictures are considered lowriders

My guess is a 1946 Ford two door sedan at 0:32. The car a5t 1:27-1:33 is answered as a 1947 Cadillac. Here's a tip for identifying cars. At Google Images search for your best guess. If it does not quite match but looks similar try different nearby years. If you search for 1946 Ford a maroon car comes up from a similar rear view. I will also tell you though that some pics on the web have the wrong years, makes, or models from someone guessing wrong.

if you are referring to the black car with white lines on it, i believe it is a slightly modified caddy but i could be wrong
