I love the new map. It's really funny when I fall off and I like the inside of the building and the high part where you can shoot from and I know you like it. The best part are the zip lines because it's fun when I ride across them over the pit below. By the way, I'm typing this before I watch the video 📹

I main Charr and would like to add some more tips. In my opinion 90% of the time, it's better to use both your shots BEFORE you tether, at least against certain hunters. By doing this, you can scare the opponent into wanting to run away, but you prevent them from doing so while you reload. Your reload is quick enough that it'll finish before the tether ends, usually allowing you to finish the enemy off before they can get away. This is especially useful against Aran Tal, Rieve, and Nox (as well as Diago and Imara's grapple hook), as they have good mobility abilities that you can completely neutralize by doing this. Of course this is matchup dependent and not necessarily the best way to use it against all the hunters, but I've found it to be very effective. The main exception to this is Skora. I've found that against Skora, if you try this, most of the time she'll pop her speed boost and get away before you can tether her. So against her, I try to hit her with the tether as soon as I start aiming at her. It stops her from running away and she's squishy enough that if you land both your shots as headshots, she'll pretty much die instantly without being able to do anything about it. This works much better against her than trying to get her into Charr's trap, but you can also try to trap her before the tether ends too if you fudge your initial shots. I'd also say that it's extremely important to get headshots with Charr as often as possible. This is true for every character ofc, but since Charr only has two shots, the extra headshot damage is super important to be able to kill enemies quick enough to make an impact. His body shots are pretty lackluster by comparison, but if you get good with headshotting with him, he deletes enemies so fast. Especially if you use his abilities well. Luckily being at close range usually makes this easier, and when you get used to shooting enemies that are tethered, the tether makes headshots even easier since it makes the enemy position very predictable. His trap making it even easier than that since they can't move at all. Personally for this reason, I don't use his mod that gives him 5 shots, since I've found the damage reduction overly reduces his killing power and thus his presence as a tank. I like to use the 3 different mods that give him more health, which leads into my next tip. You need to be very patient with his healing ability. I know you mentioned this in this video, but I typed this out for another video before I saw this one. Figured I'd keep this here because I go into a little more detail with it. The mistake I see most Charrs make is popping his heal way too early and reducing his survivability in the process. Especially in a Charr vs Charr duel, as I feel whoever is able to pop their heal second is usually able to get the advantage. By allowing his health to get low and then popping his heal, you're better able to use his health pool to survive longer. As an example, if you have 200hp and take 175 damage dropping to 25hp and then pop his heal to get back to full health, you have 375hp that needs to be taken out before he dies. But if you only take 100 damage before popping it, you reduce it down to only needing to take 300hp damage before dying, meaning you die faster by missing out on the extra 75hp you could've utilized. This of course can be risky, as if you don't pop it fast enough then you'll die before you can use it. Especially against Sentinel, who can stun you and prevent you from being able to, or Grozz who can charge stun you. So you really need to be mindful of how quickly you're taking damage but if you don't panic and get good with timing it out, you can really increase his staying power and allow you and your team to make bigger plays, especially as the carrier in trophy chase. As an extra final tip, if you have another tank on your team, you can get a lot of value out of positioning yourself to flank the enemy team. Charr is great as a main tank but if you can get a good flank, you can place your trap to prevent the enemy team from being able to go anywhere by putting it in their escape route. You also having less risk when flanking compared to doing so as a dps character, since one risk of flanking is being focus fired and killed quickly, but Charr can use his heal to charge through the enemy team to regroup as needed, instead of having to rely on having an actual escape route. This also allows you to get easy headshots while the enemy is distracted before they notice you, so you can really utilize his two shot capacity. I've also found this especially effective against Sentinel, who imo is Charr's worst matchup, as Sentinel has a lot of utility that can counter Charr. Flanking him can get around his shield and if he turns around to address you, then your team has the ability to shoot at his back instead. Charr has been my favorite character and main since season 1 and I don't see that changing anytime soon. He's consistently gotten me to Kyber 1 and is an absolutely underrated beast when played right.

I would say Skora WAS S tier but got nerfed out. The main thing is the accuracy when moving that makes her not quite as good

I agree with the majority of your list, which makes me realise we need more tight maps. Melee hunters are all in the bottom tier! Although then Charr and Utooni would just dominate too

I'm glad to see my main has risen to B tier. For mods on Imara I use hip fire recoil reduction and focused aim recoil reduction. I've pretty much one tricked her to aurodium 1 so far this season and even got the chance to wipe out a couple of beskar Imaras, one was a legend and the other was a master.

As a Kyber 1 player last season, there were very few hunters who xocould consistently take me on 1v1 as Zaina between the maneuverability and the heal, i could even take out some Sentinels at times
