I remember the graffiti back in the late 80's!! The scribers could really go out batsh!t insane with their work!!! I mean it literally all over the place/carriage!!! It has never that way since even now in 2019 some 31 years later....Guess the security is all out nuts now and acquiring Posca pen is alot more tricky and costly these days and time constrictions....

Cctv in the 90's cost 20000 aud to install into an entire train, but apparently the cost of cleaning one train exterior (6-8 metres of panels) was estimated to cost like 5000 dollars or something. What a load of shit. Their half a billion dollar estimate of what it cost to clean trains every year is such a lie. Would be surprised if its more than $80000 in materials for the year. This is how they scam the tax payers out of more money without being questioned about it.
