Suicide rates in Japan are high for a reason, I'm certain you'll never experience the work culture there. How about instead of using dehumanizing language, you speak about the death of a child respectfully or don't speak of her at all.

So when he got killed by Roland (his brother in law) who was dating his sister he yelled out both Roland's name and Angela's name.
