I love blue gill and bream and white oerch fishing with cain poles so mich fun and when you hook a good sized one ot even a nice 1lb bass the fight is so much fun. And if that fit in the sleeve gets lose i always add a wrap of electrical tape around it and it will never get lose on you. Love this vifeo so calm and relaxing to watch on my tv in the air-conditioning in bed after a hot morning doing yard work and cant go fishing today cause of the honey do list

Good ole bamboo cain poles is what i used as a kod when we lived in cannada and i would have 20-30 of them at a time and had a little trailer for my bicycle and i would go set them along the creek which we had a nice size creek with lots of deep holes and i would bait emm up with zote soap Mexican laundry detergent bar soap my mom and dad would order for me since you can only buy it in the states in the deep spith of Alabama Louisiana Mississippi on the gulf coast swamp areas only places i jave found that soap besides online. Then i would come back a few hours later and collect all the nice catfish for dinner i would catch 10-15 on average out of 30 bamboo cain poles. Its the same thing as limb lines except your dling it with cain poles that you pit in the ground and secure with a pvc pipe anchor my dad made that i drove into the ground. Nice micro foshing man so fun it looked like. My cajun friend down here in southern Mississippi makes my bamboo cain poles for me now for cat fishing now i use a boat to go set the poles and limb lines on the river. He also make hoop nets, cast nets and anything you cam think of if goy want a nice hand made cain pole or nets email me at davidsalisbury19@gmail

Soak a new net in hot water and fabric softener for 24hrs,, manicure the knot ends to about 1/4 inch where you find them. Helps a lot on cheap nets.
@penguinogomez56264 ай бұрын
what does that do I'm curious
@friendlystranger1674 ай бұрын
The process is called "Manicuring the Net". The mono. mesh has been folded, twisted or otherwise tortured since the manufacturer got it. Mono has memory and is stiff. Hot water allows it to "relax" and soften. I imagine the fabric softener helps here also, the softener's real help is in relaxing the lead line, which is often cheap, kinked and stiff. The looser the better is preferred. Clipping is done wherever a knot end is long, as to not catch the mesh, Braille limes (thick mono) often have 1 to 1 1/4 inches of tail on a new net and they are heck when they catch your mesh.

Like how you showed the pull snug then 1/4 twist.🧐🤔. The easist way, so it stays together😇😁😁. The classic cork handle is nistalgic. Picked one up yesterday, true medium feel. Stay away from the " pack it " combo, got it , lost 30 yds of factoryspooled line in twisted rats nests. Pole noobley no back bone.😠😠😠😳😳. Relined did the same thing, reel is junk. Regret that $20. Been colapsable fan since 2002, eye glue better now. Have yet to break one, even when I tried. Cuz i wiped it open ,and it got stuck.😇 Like the traveling convenience, busses ,cars ect. Hay $20, bobber, hooks , bait and fishing licinse. $60 to forget your troubles for the summer. Like how it handled that carp.😳😃😃 Currently running a 7 foot , 10 inch colpsable with a shimano sienna 4000 , vary happy. Folds doen to 15 inches.😇😁😁 Adding to the tackel bag, like the light weight. Got as guest pole ,if she's cute, or their quitting a habbit,😇 and bottom pole for the cats. Well time toget out fishing😃😃😇😇😃😃😲🤔🧐.

The rod yes. The reel maybe if you baby it but it’s not the best quality reel. I would buy the wayfarer combo for $9 instead if budget was the priority.
