An alternative, less labor intensive, solution would be to do the wire mesh and cut out plastic from another unusable bumper in the rough shape you need, soften it up with a heat gun and bend it to shape and plastic weld it in.

The classic OHV Ford V8 engine. I think this year it’s a 302. Basically, they run forever. You could probably put gas in it and it would crank.

That limo sadly isn't worth much. When they get on the second hand market no-one wants them and they are scrapped. Often costing more to scrap them than they are worth. I considered a 1994 Mercedes a few years ago. They wanted 2500 but it was just too impractical to turn it into a camper.

Part number - not sure. It might be: XS7Q-8N039-AC 1114967 I found it using keywords on eBay ‘mk3 Mondeo cooler hose’ but I took my old one off first so I could compare before purchase.

Same thing happened to my vintage JVC RC-X610. It was plugged in but not turned on and then I heard a sound similar to when you clap your hands, and now it doesn't turn on at all - CD, tapes, radio - all dead, worked perfectly before that though. Any ideas what that could be? 🤔

You need adjust the speed when a new belt is in place. This motor is a special vintge type. The speed is controlled by two screws INSIDE the motor. You need to open up the motor and you should see the screw inside the motor.
