I purchased one of your clocks back in November 1990 when I was stationed in West Germany as a gift to my parents. I recently got it back when they passed away. It's still as beautiful and plays the two songs now as it did when I bought it

Waterwheel , wooden train and four dolls are moving with music

Brand new. Music works well until it’s ran 5-6 hours. Winding the chain back up causes it to work again for another 5-6 hours then stops working again

thank you so much. i bought my deluxe clock from you (it has the men drinking and wife beating her husband with rolling pin while the children dance and cuckoo and water wheel move). several years ago, its very complex, but somehow the hour hand became loose. all is fine now. my young children are growing to understand how complex fine Bavarian workmanship still exists! cheers from the US.

My grandparents on my Dad's side had a very special type of Kookoo clock. The KooKoo Bird was on this little tree branch-like apparatus, so it'd pop right out of there, by a good 5 inches or so, and therefore, it made it seem like A Real Bird was living in there. As a child it was So Fascinating to me. I used to sort of pretend believe that it was a real living bird in there. It's like, I was at least halfway convinced that it was a Real life living KooKoo Bird. Pretty Trippy times. Happily Fascinating imaginative times as well. I'm guessing that the clock was from the 1930's. A very unique antique like that would probably be worth thousands of dollars nowadays. Just like all the hundreds of old time baseball cards that I used to have that all got lost, and or stolen over the years. : (
