Would love to hear Anantan Rambachan and David Bentley Hart in conversion with Hari Kondabolu It is already a dream fulfilled to hear Hari talking on the topic of faith, in this video.

I trust God will make the way for these three to meet. They together have so much in common, and so much that each uniquely brings to the table.

I really like Stephen Mitchell but felt somehow betrayed to learn that he is friends with Sam Harris, who, quite frankly, I see as part of the problem about the way we think now. Can't stand his arrogance and totally limited way of seeing things. Also, he's a massive defender of Israel's genocide. What could be worse?

There should be hundreds of comments here! The conversation is so deep and thought provoking, yet undiscovered. These are the thoughts which will lead us out of the jungle.

A great spiritual interview! I'm one of those people who was not raised with a religion, but did try Christianity in the Methodist Church as a teen. My experience in the church was wholesome and positive, but I silently questioned some of the basic beliefs because they were just, to me, statements of belief, with no room to question or explain. Then I took world history as a freshman in college and learned about all the other religions in the history of the world. What if I had been born to a Hindu family? Or a Buddhist family? Or any of the other religions? I knew that I would have put on the mantel of that religion, whatever it was. So I felt that religion was too important to just let the accident of birth determine what I believed. They all sounded equally good. Accepting one of these religions meant rejecting all the others. That's what I thought. Then I met the Baha'is in Salt Lake City where I was living, was attracted to the basic teachings of the oneness of mankind, the oneness of religion, accepting science as just as valid a source of truth as religion, that there's no conflict, the equality of women and men, etc. They all rang true to me so I investigated by reading every Baha'i book and asking every question. So my thought was not to convert to Baha'i, but to realize that I had always been a Baha'i in a sense, I just hadn't known the name. So I told all my Mormon friends about me becoming a Baha'i, which was a new name to most of them except for the ones who had met Baha'is on their mission for their church. I went from calling myself agnostic to identifying as a Baha'i. That was a long time ago and my life finally had meaning, the human race had a meaning and purpose, the universe became endless.

I want someone to ask Julia Sweeney why she doesn't advocate for the ending of all life immediately on Earth if there truly is no point to anything beyond humanity and "this is all there is".
