My family has always called me crazy or weird since I was a kid because I preferred to eat while sitting on the floor cross-crossed and back straight at the coffee table. I just always “feel better” when I did that! Now I know why!!!❤😂 I have always had the worlds most sensitive tummy

Soo please guys don't perform this without any guidance of a guru. If you want to perform this awakening process do it under the guidance of a guru.
