I traveled on RV4124, it’s a direct train from from Rome to Pisa. It departs from Rome at 6.12 am. I highly recommend this train if you traveling on budget and also love scenic views. 😊 Enjoy your travel.

Funnily enough that is not the original London Bridge the song was sung about in the 17th century. That is close to what remains of it but a middle ages bridge did not allow ships victoriana ships up the tems so they demolished the midevil bridge and built that as close as possable
