I have been suffering this problem for six months. First given Oflaxicin for twe weeks which cleared it up but came back a few weeks later and is with me ever since. Hot burning spreads to the scrotum and thigh,sometimes the belly aswell. On my second course of Nitrofurantoin which helps but does not clear the problem. No uti detected. A waiting to see a urologist but will take a long time due to uk waiting lists.

@@faisalgorm1965 Nope. Still Chronic. I will push for a denervation operation. But it will take some convincing the surgeon. But denervation has a high success rate.

I'm trying to "Beat (my) Diabetes" by eating very low carbohydrates---since my body can make glucose. Insulin resistance, I have been taught, is when my cells are so full of glucose that the key---insulin---can not let glucose into the cell anyway, so my blood glucose stays high where it can't be processed because of insulin inability to stuff more sugar into my cells. I've not had my insulin tested ever. I do not use insulin. I sure wish I could prevent either thing...'dawn' or 'Somogyi'...from driving up my A.M. blood sugars. It's wrecking my Hgb A1cs, though they have gone from 11 point something to 6.8...I'm going for the 5's club, and whichever this is it is heartbreaking and annoying. When I'm fasting my sugars are highest!

I had the few years ago wasn't caused by STD I noticed my scrotum there is no pain just started feeling weird because it started to swelled up the size of a softball got really heavy they did blood work and an ultrasound on the scrotum one shot in the arm with something the swelling went down

Not sure if you watch the video in its entirety. The answer is 20.83mL/hr. We must round off because 20.83 cannot be imputed in the machine. So, we round off and the answer is 21mL/hr.
