Thank you so much for your videos. Thank you, Pastor harris for all your teaching, Praying each day for you all. We are living in some wicked times and are talked about in the bible. The most important thing to do during these times is to trust Jesus and Pray. John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

38:50 Believing there is a "god the mother" is a "quirky view?" You think someone can deny that the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is the only God, and that is just "quirky"? But somehow your false gospel of easy believism and antinomianism is the real central issue? You are a heretic, Jon.
@IAmisMaster
@IAmisMaster 3 жыл бұрын
45:50 You teach a false gospel of false repentance, Jon. Repent and obey the Gospel. "Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin. No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him. Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother." - 1 John 3:4-10 (NASB)

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - 1 John 1:9 Works are evidence/fruit not grounding/root.

@IAmisMaster 3 жыл бұрын
@@ConversationsThatMatterpodcast Yes, if we abide in Christ by confessing in repentance, He forgives us for slipping up and sinning. We abide in Christ by obeying His commands (John 14-15). We are righteous by doing what is righteous just as He is righteous (1 John 3:7). I believe John the Apostle, not Jon the gnostic false teacher on youtube.

@@IAmisMaster Friendly chap aren't you. lol. We love Him because He first loved us. If we love Him we keep his commandments. It's not really that complicated in Scripture, but the order is very important. You can quote Scripture and Church Father's ad nauseum, but the issue is a categorical one.

@@ConversationsThatMatterpodcast Does Paul teach in both Romans 2:4-11 (quoting Jesus in Matthew 16:27) and Galatians 6:8 that a person only inherits eternal life as a reward for good works performed by the Holy Spirit’s power, or are those verses not in your Bible?

"As in the law, therefore, *and in the Gospel [likewise]* , the first and greatest commandment is, to love the Lord God with the whole heart, and then there follows a commandment like to it, to love one's neighbour as one's self; the author of the law and the Gospel is shown to be one and the same. For the precepts of an absolutely perfect life, since they are the same in each Testament, have pointed out [to us] the same God, who certainly has promulgated particular laws adapted for each; but the more prominent and the greatest [commandments], *without which salvation cannot [be attained]* , He has exhorted [us to observe] the same in both." - Irenaeus, Against Heresies, Book 4, Chapter 12

And for this reason Peter says that we have not liberty as a cloak of maliciousness, 1 Peter 2:16 but as the means of testing and evidencing faith. - Book IV, Chapter 16 Evidence, not Grounding.
@IAmisMaster
@IAmisMaster 3 жыл бұрын
@@ConversationsThatMatterpodcast Read your own quote. Irenaeus says "The means of *testing* ." Not only mere evidence, but rather testing. You can't twist Ireneaus to mean the opposite of what he says: God tests those who claim faith in God by testing their works. Irenaeus simply believed the Bible. "Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-unless indeed you fail to meet the test!" - 2 Corinthians 13:5 (ESV) You teach the opposite of the Apostle Paul IN THIS VERY VIDEO (45:40), claiming Christians should not examine themselves to see if they are in Christ, but rather just look to Christ. Jesus Christ didn't raise you to new life so you can live like a dead fleshly man. Looking to Christ will not save pseudo-delphoi who have never stopped being merciless, greedy, sexually immoral, thieves, perjurers, etc. (1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Galatians 5:19-21). They are not Christ's friends (John 15:14). You claim you believe works are the fruit to examine, but that's not what you preached from the pulpit. You preach a false repentance easy-believism. "You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works; and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”-and he was called a friend of God. You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. And in the same way was not also Rahab the prostitute justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead." - James 2:22-26 (ESV) Irenaeus believed you are saved by works done through the power of the Spirit, including the regeneration of baptism (Against Heresies, Book I, Chapter 21). But you agree with the gnostics that all that is needed is perfect knowledge to believe in. That is heresy. Irenaues and all the early church are correct and cannot be guilty of a heresy of your own imagination. What does Galatians actually teach? "Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." - Galatians 6:8 (ESV) You are only forgiven if you forgive and live according to Christ's commands, and you only receive eternal life if you live righteously by the Holy Spirit's power. Jesus didn't give your Spirit resurrection power so that you can go on deliberately sinning, or else He revokes the atonement from you (Hebrews 10:26-31). That's what Paul says in Galatians. This is all in the Bible. Jesus will only give eternal life to those who live in patience in welldoing (Matthew 16:27; Romans 2:4-11). That you deny this is because you are fortk-tongued deceiver who says works are fruit but secretly preach antinomianism and salvation by mental assent to facts.

@@IAmisMaster There's no conflict between "testing" and "evidence." I made it abundantly clear Jesus expects us to follow the law- but that is not what saves us.
@IAmisMaster
@IAmisMaster 3 жыл бұрын
@@ConversationsThatMatterpodcast If you still have “not repented enough”, you are not saved. If for example, you do not forgive, neither will God forgive you (Matthew 6:15). Christ forgives and fills us in order that we might forgive, and if you do not forgive it is because you do not have Christ in you (1 John 3). Likewise, the one who does not give up his claim to all his riches and even his entire life for the sake of following Christ will not inherit eternal life (Mark 10:17-27; Luke 17:33; Matthew 16:25). The Holy Spirit leads true Christians to do all these miraculous things, meeting the requirement of the law of Christ in us (Romans 8:4). You have a form of godliness but deny God’s power over sin (2 Timothy 3:5). You deceive little ones into thinking they can be saved without full repentance, because you actually deny the power of the Holy Spirit to make us righteous just as Christ is righteous (1 John 3:7). Repent and obey the true gospel of Christians for the first 1500 years.

@@IAmisMaster You’re begging the question by imposing your assumption that works are the basis upon which Christ saves us onto texts that don’t call for it. Of course our works must be present, but they are not the basis upon which God justifies us. You’re preaching a gospel that Paul says curses if the law is the requirement for justification.

The war our country is in right now is because of this sacrifices have been exposed and we know who the perpetrators are . Excellent summary, wasn't aware of how pre Marx "Christian" bishops were already going communist. As to memory studies, seems like a perversion of Jungian archetypes taken to an extreme. Intersectionality as the constructive side, very informative. Jon "Pinky" Harris has managed to teach me, "The Brain" during this presentation. Now, history is not something I pay attention to. I prefer to repeat my mistakes rather than learn from them. It makes life more predictable to make the same errors again and again. Still, it seems Pinky here might be on to something.
