And I can only imagine having the author as a professor. Her passion for nature and history, etc. is apparent in how she talks. My husband is Muskogee Creek and I have such respect for Native American culture.

Just finished this book and it blew me away. Thanks for asking questions I had in the end - especially about the epilogue and how Finch was able to reunite with her grandparents without issues.
