Go outside and walk my friend. Do it once a day for just 10 minutes to start. Your brain will thank you. Do you live near a park or forest area? Go walk there and be in nature. Real talk.

Swivels on a fly line is not fly fishing. The indicator is bad enough. I’m aghast.

But you’ll fish boobies or euro nymph with a multi fly set up. You’re not gonna impress anyone, pal. Be aghast, who cares.

Forgive them for they know not what they say. You are absolutely correct. I watched BC giggle like a child while he hammered 4 and 5 lb trout 30 years ago without the indicator. Oh yeah it works but it isn't the same and we know it. The only thing artificial in my tying kit is mylar tinsel and copper wire and I've caught every trout in a 50km radius of Kamloops... on flies tied with black silk and squirrel tail.

Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing. I love that lake to camp at. Have you tried the lake next to it? I won’t mention the name just to be polite. There are very large trout in it. Beautiful shoal and sight fishing in the fall. Hanging a dragonfly nymph under an indicator or stripping one is highly productive. My largest fish caught was approx 12lbs and stories of larger fish being caught every year. The camp sites are not as nice

Talk about history repeating itself… Sad.. The “powers at be” had like a whole year or more to mitigate the problems and work on the stream channels. Look at Princeton’s mayor, being so outspoken and proactive to get things sorted out after their flooding. Hoping for better days, for the townspeople of Cache Creek.🤞 Nice to see you once again covering the local events.🤙
