One of the main advantages of wood/coal, and even propane (if it's a passive heater) is that no matter what happens on the grid, your home will be heated until you run out of fuel, and with wood you can gather more without having to rely on any buisness as long as you have the trees.

When I was a kid, a dump truck to run a shoot to our basement window to unload a 4 foot deep pile into a room 10' x 10'. If memory serves, maybe 10 ton. We had a big cast iron boiler with a hopper.

Before the coming winter season could you please show the wiring for this set up. I have a 9ft2 also and am torn between buying another boss wiring harness and using the plow like I do in the truck or just connecting to the aux electric function of my loader. Thank you for your time and advice.

How does it smell? And how often do you fill it?
@alexnau86 Жыл бұрын
Indoors there is no smell. Outside there is a slight smell but it’s not as strong as a wood stove. I fill it in the morning and then once in the evening so twice a day it’s shaken and filled.

We just bought a Hitzer 55 stove. I wanted to one you have but cost. Low on the funds. I spent the difference on coal Coal since prices have jumped.

Is that an electronic hopper or feed system? If not, what’s the electric for? What if there’s a power failure?

The power is for the blower fan only. The coal is gravity fed so there is no need for power to operate. Thanks for watching

Everyone loves to hear the loud ass trucks going down the road.? Fuck no!!! You all will be getting tickets soon. I see 12' pipes that shake my house just because you want everyone to hear you coming and going. Dumb shit! Truckers pushed the excessive noise to far. It's your own faults.

what does it take for 12.7l 60 series ddec4 to be 500+ Hp and 1850 Tq just tuning or should i get pdi manifold/turbo ? im getting new reman 12.7L put in and want more torque as im used to isx before this and had 1850
@truckingjamaicans50452 жыл бұрын
Tuning alone can do that but anything over 580 needs turbo injectors cams etc to give you high torque 2250ft lbs ....

Nice video brother. I bought the same stove, the Hitzer 50-93 model, does a great job and it's going to save me a lot of time and effort from having to cut and split 8 cords of wood every year. I do love burning wood too but the spike and plummet of burning wood sucks.

He's a dang good driver because as he's downshifting and Jaking, I never heard him goose the throttle to match the gear. I can float them pretty well, but it will be a long time before I can drive like that.

Maybe the clutch well greased
@aaronsanborn42912 жыл бұрын
It's not that hard to do...I only use my clutch to start and stop
@jaykobb.stephens24462 жыл бұрын
@@aaronsanborn4291 I understand how floating gears works, and I do it myself, but downshifting normally requires the driver to apply throttle to increase the engine RPM to match the speed of the transmission. The driver in the video is driving with excellent skill and timing; when he downshifts, all he has to do is move the shifter without giving the truck any throttle.
