People should know with your language you can pronounce words as you like and those who call themselves educated should leave you alone. Here Subhi is mixing Swahili words and Sukuma words thus producing new words neither old Sukumas nor Swahili people will understand what she is talking about. Only people who know both Swahili and Sukuma can understand what she is talking about. Such practice with musicians is also in USA. If you are raised or went to school where grammatical English is written and spoken, do not be surprised you may not understand some American musicians for they invent or mix English words with their local spoken language. So, whether we like it or not we should put up with these musicians.

I hope you guys watching this video are surprised why adults dancing are not trampling on little kids in the mix. Some kids are not even five years old but are in the mix and adults are not crushing them. Of course, most people dancing are women; but still there are adult males in the mix. That kind of mix surprised me when growing up in the 40s and 50s especially when visiting my maternal parents during dry seasons or summer seasons. I was always concerned kids of that age would be crushed. Believe it none were crushed. As I pointed before, the peaceful environment at Sukuma dancing occasions could be because the Sukuma land is flat or with small hills here and there; there no angry wild animals to threaten people. This could explain why Sukumas are peaceful people. They do not face rough environments like in other parts of Tanzania or world.

This is interesting. How would like Swahili words sung in Sukuma song. They sound like a kid learning how to speak Swahili. May be that may explain why people in Dar -es salaam could not understand me when talking. I believe I was speaking Swahili words were coming out in Sukuma accent. This is same as Subhi - who is trying to sing Sukuma song with Swahili words.
