Don't buy this product! Taking this product in high doses will give you kidney problems. Vitamin D toxicity. Dont follow Dr. Berg advice! My husband has kidney stones because of this product

Careful not to overheat your hair with it on when you blow dry. Mine got burnt last night. Turned pink and copper in the area I was giving extra heat to!

wraps are probably more essential to boxing than the gloves. wrist support should be your number one concern. knuckle pain is probably not knuckle pain but you punching with your finger bones making first contact instead of the knuckle try hitting with the first two knuckles and this pain may subside

They are more for kickboxing/ muay that so the padding is more evenly distributed, less padding in the knuckle
