And if you don't want this done to your hair it's hard to find a stylist who will listen to you. I like a cleaner cut. How do I express that?
@cvffee222Ай бұрын
do you like face framing? if you get a one length cut with no layers they shouldnt slide cut, but if you get face framing then they will have to at least slide or point cut for them to blend, you could also bring in pictures!

I wonder if there are any hair stylists that would even take the time to do this cut? It seems like it would take longer than other hair cuts. Not to mention, most wouldn't know how to do it.

This is actually a faster way to cut layers than more traditional cuts.

Then what did they waste their money going to cosmetology school for? 🙄🤣
@faithgnes310519 күн бұрын
Also even i know how to get layers , you just over direct the hair then cut. And if they won’t “take the time” to cut my hair the way i want it then they’re definitely not getting my money 😂.

Looks fantastic. Can you show the back too? ❤
@mrwinky69696911 күн бұрын
There is nothing in the back to show because it was all brought up to the front. If he turned it around, you would see nothing except the hair being combed forward to the front. For years, I have been searching for someone who genuinely cuts an authentic 'Gypsy' haircut. This isn't it, either. It looks nice from the front. Why didn't he show the back, then? Hmmm? I'm going to keep looking.

Wonderful. If I move the hair towards the face at a zero degree angle, instead of left or right, can I still get the same result? Or will it change the hair cutting direction? Thank you.

More of a Retro Farrah Cut. It came out very nice. But it was as a modern technique used with the point cutting and the angle fringe. Whereas in the 1970s the technique was different. They started in the back with the length as the guide and did little sections at a time. But this is one of the best modern Farrah Cuts I’ve seen. It has enough layers and fullness. Great job.

The greatest majority, and I mean 90% or higher of woman can actually look good with this hair. Farrah was an extremely good looking woman, with great facial features, that his haircut accentuated . Her eyes, mouth and smile made this totally work. When I see someone trying to pull this off, I just feel sorry for them.

Can you use slide cutting on synthetic wigs for thinning the wig out?
@TanyaKatherine9 ай бұрын
I need to learn how to do this, although I want the end result for my hair to be down to my butt/tummy while having the fluffiness.
@shart62758 ай бұрын
longer hair will mean more gravity, which is usually less volume
@nooa693 ай бұрын
You won't get the same effect on hair that long. It needs to be shorter to have the volume with all the layers. Or you could do a mullet lol.
@TanyaKatherine3 ай бұрын
@@nooa69 Was mullet for more volume? I am thinking of cutting short layers at the top gradually going longer so the top looks like the 80's/90's whispy. Nowadays, stylists do not cut hair like the old days and hair is too thin and flat. I have seen many long haired cuts from 1980-2006 that have volume on the ends and it is fluffy. I am not stopping until I find out how they did that. In pursuit of that and once I seek it, I will have it. It was trendy to have thin flat hair from 2006-present day. Everyone has their haircut by stylists that just go with the trend and do not think consciously about where and how they are cutting. I will keep searching for my answer.
