most position has change now...GK that can start an attack and be a sweeper...CB that can pass and good with the ball...fullback that can join attack and invert into central...DM that can build up play from the back...winger than can score goals...striker that can fall back and pass the ball and AM that join in defensive action and press...they didnt dissapear..they just change to cope with tactic use nowaday...

This game actually made me friends. Was at a summer camp with a group of many americans, three algerians, three moroccans, and one german (me) somewhat shortly after the 2014 world cup. Raïs M’Bolhi’s performance in that game stunned me enough to remember his name, and the three algerians were so flashed that someone from a different country knew the name of their keeper that we became friends from there

JESUS CHRIST died for us on a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and was, is, and will be The LIVING GOD. Repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in a prayer and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well and have FAITH in JESUS CHRIST. You could come to Jesus Christ as you are, but once you accept Him, you have to become new, change, and be born again, and also turn away from your wicked ways. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. God Bless You. The Bible is the true word of God. Please read the Bible and you will see Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Praise only be to GOD. Give your life to CHRIST. JESUS CHRIST IS COMING SOON FOR HIS CHURCH.

Can you explain on what Messi position or role is? He plays much deeper in his later years post 2015 especially after barca relies him on creativity compared to his pep false 9 era. He also does not have defensive role much n always attack from deep and source of creativity for his team playing freely .. is he some sort of modern number 10?
@heijimikata7181Ай бұрын
Deep-lying forward, I think, like Bergkamp. The only difference is that Messi remained Barca’s main goalscoring outlet for years to come.

As for the 10 dying completely disagree David Turnbull is playing 10 for Cardiff I think the thing here is he is only watching elite football the position is alive and well in SPFL or English championship I could give you more examples but you get my point even Rangers got about 4 10 ones on loan in Spain Hagi

This video would’ve banged two or three years ago, but the attacking midfielder is 100% making a comeback as of the last year or so. Maybe if you’re referring to a single attacking mid sure, but Pep plays with two of these kinds of players right behind the striker, in midfield every match day. I would say the role has more so evolved rather than disappeared.

Playmakers are still there but play as wingers in the modern game. The position that is really dead is that of a fast runner on the wings, like a 7 or 11. Playmakers are not used behind stikers anymore

I’m saddened to see the #10 die off. The game has become faster too in part due to lighter kits and boots.

There’s a difference between the starting line up not having a number 10 position vs how the players play. For example Messi started at right win for most of his career but really played as a cam once the game started for at least half of his career and it’s the same for most creative players that are allowed freedom

The full backs have been providing attacking support since the '80s. It was called 'Zona Mista' and Italy won the world cup in '82 with it. You millennials are funny, you think everything is new while you just don't know the history behind anything. Platiní for instance retired in 1987 at only 32 years old. There was life before the '90s.
