Yeah it was his first time playing against the deck and I think with it not being as common he let it go.

As far I've seen and asked , golem literally says Ankh cannot be negated. Period. I believe they said it was a soft ignition so it can't be chained?. I'm pretty sure.

@@christophermiller1595 read it carefully again. The card text says “the activation of your ‘Millennium Ankh’ cannot be negated.” There is a difference between activation and effect. Dominus Impulse “negates that effect” (talking about an effect that special summons a monster). I did get one thing clarified from a judge though. If they negate the effect of millennium ankh with dominus impulse, you can activate another one. Ankh has no “once per turn” usage clause, and the effect that prevents you from summoning for the rest of the turn is part of the same special summon effect that would get negated.

What would your play be instead? That card allows you to special both with no normal summon and get girsu off. I guess you could have had blue eff if anything

@@wynningcards3776 Lost Girsu Tokens in both sides of Fields which allows Blue search another Mekk from Deck, also, Girsu could sent Knightmare anyway... So it can go for Mekk plays then Orcust plays...

@@wynningcards3776 I have both, Mekk-Knight and Orcust, but I don't mix them, both works better alone, also boths works even better when you mix them with SuperHeavy Samurai engine and some World Chalice cards. Both Deck has strong 2 card combos in this way, but together (Mekk Orcust) is limited

Haha thank you I have the deck put together for many formats and through this one together. I played it in many different versions and different formats so hard to foil out like 5 formats haha

@@wynningcards3776 yeah.. i play Exodia also, that’s why.. on the last minute when Exodia player set a card facedown, he can active his Wedju to place the Set monster card and Millennium monster (Maybe Sengenjin).. i think Exodia player can win the game..

Yeah if it gets the fusion out and or you draw ok but not enough to start it you will have an uphill climb

Yeah, I've had a few grinds games with the deck, and it can struggle to keep up. It likes to try and win as soon as possible.

Check out the bystial/Lightsworn/horus/orcust/Fiendsmith deck profile on the channel. Its a blast to play and goes so hard and has so many options to play.
