The one thing I took at Atsugi from Chief was “If one skill goes up, pause it, work on what you’re weak on” you couldn’t just be great at video and not know how to write a feature article, couldn’t know how to create a good graphic and not know how to shoot good photos in camera. You had to be able to deliver on all fronts.
