My surgeon said to wait 6 to 12 weeks. It’s only been 8 days and I feel like being around my husband is complete torture! I want him so bad! I feel like a cat in heat. I will wait the 6-8 weeks but god I don’t think I could do 12 weeks that’s so long! Maybe the pain after the first time will help me not want it so bad but I’m a waterfall right now. I can’t have him around me and even if he goes to work I look at pictures and videos and I’m driving myself insane. It’s so long without it 🙈 I had this plus fat transfer in labia and I started rubbing a little I’m scared I’ll ruin it. I just can’t believe how uncontrollably I want my husband. Is that normal? Should I seek therapy is there therapy for that? I feel horrible right now 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈

I had this sort of panel done, had to go to different practitioners to interpret results. The OBGYN was a complete creep, wanted to do a pe, not what i was there for, discuss pregnancy and bc, even though I had tubal ligation (charted) years prior, without consulting the panel results said "honey, your hormones are fine" then started pushing the pelvic exam and pushing me to undress, while standing in front of the door. I told him he would remove himself from my path, if he couldnt be bothered to look at my chart, he definitely isnt looking inside ME!

We favor Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) in our practice, however we counsel all of our patients on risks and benefits of both synthetic and BHRT routes. For more in-depth information on this check out Dr. Brenner's video on this topic: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZrcZ6alj9pmd80 For a brief overview of just synthetic v. bhrt: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5PZen-bi65ja9k

I’ve researched testosterone pellets & it’s not a controlled substance cuz the day you have it inserted, it’s a lot & then towards the end of the pellet, you lack enough testosterone…..& you just admitted you know when it’s time to get a pellet cuz you don’t sleep good. I’m getting compounded testosterone for that reason……2 drs I listen to are totally against pellets.

I wholeheartedly agree. I have had similar occurrences. have had one 8 mo light period with cramps backache etc all that goes with a period 10 years after menopause started. It was cyclical. That was 10 years ago. Then after stressful times in my life had a light bleed 🩸 barely there 4-5 day faint blood when wiping. Almost nothing on pad. It’s happened a handful of or less of times. It seems I get this every other year in February or March ?? Weird I know. Just ending an episode now. Took ibuprofen for cramping and heating pad. So I do need a checkup but am scared what THEY will want to do to me…ugh. I need to find a good gyno. One who deals in holistic as well. Good luck to you. 🙏 ❤

It sounds like a little more education on both of your parts is needed. First of all, obesity is a lifelong disease. A lot of these meds are meant to be taken life long. Of course these people will regain if they get off the meds. People do in fact need to change their eating habits and exercise. And once people are on this, it actually helps your mind not want all that unhealthy food, helps cut the food noise that is so constant in our head and once we begin to get smaller allows us to feel better and more able to work out and exercise. 2nd the diseases we the obese people are dealing with are much worse than rapid weight loss and some muscle loss which occurs in any weight loss regime and in the studies the percentage of muscle loss was no more than that in any other weight loss program. 3rd the reason people are going “elsewhere” is because doctors like you are so apprehensive to prescribe it. Do 👏🏻 your👏🏻 research👏🏻! I’ve been on tirzepitude since January. My doctor is wonderful. She counseled me on eating higher protein, hydrating well and beginning to move, especially doing some weight lifting to preserve muscles. She sees me every month to make sure I’m doing ok. If you think for one minute that those of us who are obese haven’t tried and struggled our whole life to eat right and work out, doing every diet out there, actually suffering- and we don’t always “go back to an unhealthy lifestyle” yet still gain weight and gain easily. Our bodies are just not able to adjust like others. Cmon do your listeners some good. Look at the actual research done. Highly disagree with your approach. I’m sad for your patients, especially those struggling with their weight. I’d also like to add I’m a registered nurse, I’ve studied diet, exercise, obesity, and nutrition since I can remember. I’m so very happy to be on this med and the amount of relief I have mentally every day just to not have the thought process I used to is enough for me to stay on it lifelong. Also these are peptides we already have in our body. It’s not like anyone is injecting something foreign. It doesn’t just cause you to eat less. It affects SO much more mentally to help with the process. And there are cardiac benefits, it helps reduce fatty liver, can aid with addiction and so much more. I think you’ll find you are going to be in the minority soon enough. I would think that having this tool to use would be exciting for a doctor. Especially with all the issues obesity brings. If you had a program that combined the program you are trying to push here and realized people would be more successful with this med in combination with your program you’d be seeing so many more people wanting to take part.

I am really worried I started bleeding a lot in my vagina. I did the same thing when I went to menopause but I went to the doctor that gave me bio denticle progesterone in within three days it stopped. He said the estrogen was making my endometrium small dick and it could’ve even been diet that made me more estrogen dominant because I used to be one of those that believe that so he was good for you and Acient estrogen, anyway I quit all that but now it’s 70 years old it’s happening again but this doctors wanting to. I don’t know what he’s wanting to do but this medicine he has me on it. I’m afraid it’s gonna give me breast cancer. It causes migraine headaches I’m not sleeping more than two hours at a time, I feel like I’m going to menopause again because I wake up soaking wet every two hours then I have no energy of course but the medicine he has me on is called MEGESTROL acetate and he was giving me the syrup at first but my blood sugar kept going up like to 180 and sometimes 200 now my blood sugar is normal. My A1c was 4.7 before he put me on this medicine, and when I go to the doctor, my blood pressure is sky high. I can feel it. My face is flushed and red in my ears. I feel like I’m dying. I felt better when I was losing blood clots I was in no pain or anything now I feel like I’m in labor every day And I’m going to menopause all over again. I asked him if I could take bio identical progesterone does. If you do research on this medicine it’s scary and I went to the scientific papers. I didn’t just Google it but it is made for people that have no appetite because of cancer or bulimic or HIV or whatever them other things are in I guess some people when they’re going to chemo don’t have an appetite but I have an appetite and I’m already 30 pounds overweight but now since I gained the other 25 or 35 more pounds I can’t get my blood sugar down can’t sleep and I have cataracts. I was supposed to get surgery but then this happened and now I can’t hardly see it all since I’ve been on this medicine I don’t know what it is, but I know it’s not progesterone, and why do they use it for so many different things I mean I was diagnosed with type two diabetes but I got it under control and it’s been 4.7 since 2018 I just got really serious about my diet and I haven’t had problems with it till this medicine and I’m worried about getting blood clots in my legs because something happened to my legs in my little capillaries in one of my legs have been busting open in some type of gooey stuff comes out. I don’t know what it is but it happened when I start taking this medicine and I’ve been having pains in my feels like my arteries in my legs or something if we got arteries there I just felt like I don’t know if I can make it very much longer. I’m afraid to quit taking the medicine but then I’m afraid to keep taking it, I hope you can give me your opinion on this stuff I’m taking because I feel like this ordering me some progesterone cream

You probably won’t see this because your videos two years old but I have the same problem I’m 70 years old I started I knew my hormones were in balance because I’ve never had chin hair and it seem like almost overnight. I had quite a bit of them so I figured I’d probably learn progesterone or estrogen or something because when I went through menopause, my doctor put me on bio denticle progesterone Because it was low and they fix me right up but they have me on something called MEGESTROL acetate I’ve gained 25 pounds. It makes me feel like I’m starving all the time I have migraine headaches I can’t sleep more than two hours at a time I wake up like I am in menopause again soaking wet every two hours if I go back to sleep to I can’t even stand it no more, and now I’m getting migraines which I’ve never got before and I’m worried the stuff I don’t really think that I have cancer and the endometriosis cancer. I know what made it grow because I was estrogen dominant and that was my fault because of the things I was eating that I usually don’t and they had Zoe in it And I know what they can do to you so I figured I was estrogen dominant? I don’t have the shape they say that people with estrogen dominance have but now also my A1c is 4.7 or it was until I started taking this now my morning blood glucose is running 160 to 190 and it’s scaring me and later in the day it’s high and I can tell my blood pressure is really high. I can’t hardly even concentrate but my doctor on listen to me and I look this up I did the research I found the scientific papers to, it was made for people with HIV and bulimics in their anorexia people without an appetite. I am overweight I don’t need to get overweight more. It’s the most ridiculous thing he said it’ll stop you from bleeding I’m like but what else is going to do to me, and I asked him if I could get bio denticle, then my doctor did a hormone test on me and I’m low in both estrogen and progesterone and I’m high in testosterone but they claim that I have uterine cancer in Demetrious cancer and they want to give me a hysterectomy but I am trying to find a place like where are you were but I don’t know if you take Medicarehave both Medicare and Medicaid met. I can’t find any place where it says what can you insurance you take and I’m on disability I got cataracts now from my blood sugar getting so high. It’s a mess but I’m not giving up I’m just so wore out from not sleeping.

For about five years now, I hit month 11 and then have a period… this last year, I had one in February. Then in October I had one, November about 33 days later, and then December right now one week shy of a month after that. I saw a doctor for a well woman check up about a week ago. They didn’t seem concerned. These cycles have seemed relatively normal and without a whole lot of negative symptoms. In fact they’ve been relatively identical and have lasted for about a week. my main question was, if certain health changes that are positive can affect a woman to have a period again… Because when they stopped or became way less frequent five years ago, I was under the worst stress I’ve ever been in my life. I know these things are individual, but I find it really hard to accept this 12 months exactly thing… Seems like putting an exact number on some thing across-the-board for all women is really wrong… And although Medicine has come along way, I still think Women’s health care is one of the most misunderstood, Even by other women.

Ketovore/Carnivore are my choice of Diet (more Carnivore these days) I've been gluten/sugar free/processed food free now for quite some time. I eat very few fruites (because of natural sugars) and no starchy vegs and no oxylates. I make everything from scratch and with the exception of the LS, I feel much healthier these days. I'm praying I can keep my LS in remission forever, OR hopefully a cure is discovered.

I don't knowif you already heard of Platelet Rich Plasma therapy (PRP) or stem cell/PRP therapy. These therapies show pomising results. The PRP is more of a short term (2 months to 2 years) relief and is done in multple laces if you search google. However the stem cell/PRP therapy is much better and 100% of patients show improved symptoms or go into complete remission and is long lasting (multiple years). The only doctor I know who does stem cell/PRP therapy is Dr. Nathan Newman in California. He has a youtube cannel and a website. Hope this helps!
