Yea it increases stability and power but it’s heavier so isn’t it a bit harder to swing?
@ogpurple8712Ай бұрын
Yes, but physically fit people with good technique can usually swing heavier rackets. As you get better, you can experiment with weight

Why is this on my recommended
@samarkhan15613 ай бұрын
After using these balls for almost 3 years, me and many of my friends have switched to other brands due to its degrading quality. The balls fluffy up and are hard to hit through the court after a couple of games itself, the durability of the balls has gone down drastically as well. This wasn't the case 6-8 months back, it would be great if the playability and durability of the balls could be improved.
@piqueblinders79483 ай бұрын
nice but pls listen to the actual players and make livelier balls next year that don't fluff so quickly and don't hurt the wrists

Worst balls ever, almost no pressure at all, like playing with a deflated ball
@kevinfed6683 ай бұрын
No way man, far better than any Penn Tennis balls.
@WookieAido3 ай бұрын
Yep absolutely horrible. Only lasted one and a half sets before balls fluffed up and the game became like slow motion. Horrible balls. And we're only amateurs. I can see why the pros need these replaced so often
@kevinfed6683 ай бұрын
@WookieAido as a former NCAA division 1 🎾 athlete, Dunlop AO and any Dunlop balls don't get scuffed up that easily. Pro Penn are by far the worst balls. Even their extra duty get fluffed up very quickly on any surface whether it be outdoor hard, clay or grass.

Is there a rough suggestion for how much lead to add to counterbalance an overgrip? without dramatically changing swingweight?

Please get a translated version of the almost 30 minuit discussion in Japanese on these updates by dunlop sports . These are unattractive and I own 2 of the current generation . There should be also a translation of the dunlop japan 's dunlop player at star tennis acadamy . He discusses his life and career playing with dunlop and srixon tennis raquets , while displaying them . There sorely lacks the depth in the U.S , that the japanese market is getting . The west needs to have this return again . The racquet color combinations seem asian inspired , speaking to their market . The racquet is not attractive in the light with non black strings and black grip .The bag colors are clown like and not elegent . The paint better not still be cheap and continue to rub off and chip .

That red/orange color combo is whack. Why, Dunlop? Why???
@gowzahr4 ай бұрын
I was experimenting in photoshop this morning and found that I quite liked the look of this racquet if I switched the red and orange.

anyone can tell what grip shape Dunlop has? Close to Head or Wilson? I for example cant play with oval grips like Head or Technifibre, because my 1h bh grip just dont work, not enough thickness
@slowbot685 ай бұрын
Haven't used one lately but i recall it being like wilson. It's a good shape. Not as round as yonex, not as rectangular as techni.
@LionelHutz6194 ай бұрын
it is like Wilson, definitely not like Yonex.
@glademaster4 ай бұрын
The grip shape is my favorite part about Dunlop racquets. The shape is quite square so it’s easy to feel the racquet face orientation (unlike Head). The butt cap is low profile like Yonex so there’s no gap in my palm (unlike Head and Wilson with their wide flare). Grip is pretty long, but not as long as Yonex.
