First sign in another family manager user to take you place as The governing account to the other child users before you can leave. You cannot leave the family until you another family manager. This is normal,it you other user that you are protecting you cannot leave. Thank you for the comment 👍

Hello, I do not have option to remove a family member from the family manager account. here is the list of option i can see when I go into family management. Parental Controls/family Management>Family Management> select child account> option i get is parent control|Playtime -Change playtime for today -Playtime Settings -Time Zone Parental Controls -application/devices/network Features -Service and Apps -Privacy Settings Information -Family Member Information -Reset Password what you showed in the i have none of them option. This is really frustating, i have been trying to set my child ps for last two days and just cant get anywher. thank you

Thanks for the comment 👍 Ok the set up is correct. Not to have a remove option for a child account is quite normal. You cannot remove a child account until the of 18 years. However if the account was created by error. Contact Sony and they can remove it for you. I have a video in the playlist on how to set up a child account. Good luck 👍

@mehulbrahmbhatt123 yes because you are the governing Account or master account if you will. KZbin will not be accessible because the age restrictions and roblox maybe an age level aswell This is indeed normal. Goodcjob in getting it set up though.
