If you're trying to say that he keeps on living inappropriate comment to your photo album? Well you can turn off the comments to your photos so that no one can comment. But he can still stalk your profile. For example, he can search your ign or if you've visited other player's profile and then he visited it too, he can stalk your profile if you appear to the "recent visits" of the other player's profile that had been stalked by you and the player that you've blocked. :D

But he can still search your ign, or in some situations like you visited a player's profile (example: ml profile of your brother ), and the player that you've blocked had also visited the ml profile of your brother, he (the player that you've blocked) can stalk your profile if you appear to the "recent visits" of your brother's profile (the profile stalked by you and the player that you've blocked) <<3

Yep, even though naka block ang isang player, pwede pa rin niyang ma search yung ign mo. In some situations like, may vinisit ka na profile (for example yung profile ng jowa mo), then yung blinock mo is vinisit niya rin yung profile ng jowa mo, pwede ka niyang maistalk or maview yung profile mo if nag appear ka dun sa "recent visits" ng profile ng jowa mo (profile na inistalk mo at inistalk nung player na blinock mo) <<3

Yep, if mag appear ka dun sa "recent visits" ng profile niya and if he intends to view your profile :)

Wala po, pero for example yung isang friend mo sa fb is belong sa "following" list mo, pwede mo siyang iblock, but if hindi mo siya friend sa fb and finollow mo lang siya, you cannot.

Well, there is no option for blocking a player that you're not friends with in facebook, but you can turn off the comments to your photos.
