For vs wl cards u can get them from any gacha that features a vocaloid Also the reruns a gacha gets are 2 and not 3 after that they get discontinued Recollection festival (the one that ran in August) features every card limited or not until colorfess of june 2022 including the cards from that gacha I hope this helped
