Beautiful. Just watched it with enjoyment. It reminded me of my days in Taekwondo. Nowadays Taekwondo fighters are a mob of one-legged handicappers

Taekwondo has evolved significantly over the years, transitioning from its traditional roots to its modern form. Traditional Taekwondo emphasizes discipline, self-defense, and the philosophical aspects of martial arts. It focuses on basic techniques, forms (poomsae), and the development of mental fortitude. Modern Taekwondo, on the other hand, has adapted to become more sport-oriented, with an emphasis on competition, speed, and agility. This evolution has led to the inclusion of protective gear and electronic scoring systems to ensure fairness and safety in matches. While both styles have their merits, the comparison often sparks debate. Traditionalists may argue that the essence of Taekwondo is diluted in the modern form, losing some of its philosophical and self-defense elements. Meanwhile, proponents of modern Taekwondo highlight its global popularity and the athleticism it fosters. Ultimately, both traditional and modern Taekwondo offer valuable lessons and experiences. The traditional form preserves the rich history and culture of the martial art, while the modern form adapts to contemporary needs and promotes physical fitness and international competition. It is important to respect and appreciate both forms for their unique contributions to the art of Taekwondo. Each style offers its own set of benefits, and practitioners can choose the path that best aligns with their personal goals and interests. 🥋🌟 I hope this helps to provide a balanced perspective!

Thoes who said ✌️"bring back the old TKD the new TKD is boring, weak"✌️ if you think it it's weak why not try to be a TKD player as if, it is easy no it's not so shut up with the negative comments about tkd, it really depends on the player on how they play tkd is not simple( from what I experience it's not really simple😢) I know that the old style of tkd is amazing but still it really depends on the player.

The new tkd they just aim for the point while the old tkd they aim for getting k.o and much power to their kicks.

For all the people saying ✌️”bring back old taekwondo”✌️. You can, you just have to play like old style, it just depends on the player…
