How do you introduce a small quantity of fluorescent G-actin? Transfection using a plasmid? But how do you know for sure the expression of this plasmid G-actin is only 10% of the total G-Protein expression? How do you control these things?

I think at 16 minutes, the technique should be second harmonic gen and not simple harmonic gen
