They're not that expensive and the few "reviews" on the tube is "ok" but not great being that they're still relatively new and unknown in the industry. But yea, imagine taking one of them on a quick job with basically NO hassle not UNLIKE how "cordless" drills have all but taken over "corded" drills and changed the drilling game forever.

That can also affect the outcome. If possible, try using batteries with a high discharge rate. What materials were you attempting to weld?
