WBAP Newstalk 820 AM & 93.3 FM alongside KSCS New Country 96.3 are the Primary Entry Point radio stations for the Emergency Alert System in North Texas. Meanwhile, Newsradio 740 KTRH (also on KODA 99.1-HD2) is the one for Southeast Texas.
