I'm african and to be honest its normal for your parents not to give you love in the form of physical touch. I believe its because of how they are raised back then. But they do love you because they are always there for you no matter what. I can't imagine shaka giving hugs and telling hes kids he loves them its just not possible. But i can see him dying for hes kids, thats love.

As a Nigerian I understand this is one thing lacking in Africa households. Affection!!! I’m happy that my parents decided to break that curse. I hope KSI does the same. Ik it’s hard because the natural thing is to do the same thing as your parents. But finding the balance between Affection and discipline is something he will figure out.

Idk if anyone has watched any of Deji's videos but the dad is a very funny man, and from what i can gather through deji's youtube video featuring his parents they all seem like a loving family with a lot of skinship. I don't know if the parents are being genuine, if they had different behaviours when KSI and Deji was growing or if there's favouritism for Deji.

I haven’t really watched JJ much over his years on KZbin but I know his character well enough from what he shows to say that we can never tell what’s going on behind the curtains and it hurts my heart to see him cry like this. I wish I could give him a hug and just some support but he’s got a good group of friends who I hope are always there to listen to him if he needs it. ksi doesn’t deserve the hate he gets at all.
