Activa is best for uphill climb on steep hills coz it has undersquare engine which has long stroke , it provides more torque.

Every company has its pros and cons. If you're on a tight budget, go with the Hunter. If budget isn’t a concern, go with Honda, but make sure to check if there’s a BigWing service center in your area, as this can be a major factor. I have slavia 1l, and my car's service cost was also very normal, it was around 37-3800 which covered in the service package, and I just mentioned to them that my driver's one touch up n down doesn't work but that happens randomly and they changed the motor for it which was around 4600 and this was also free of cost as it was covered in warranty(the issue is not resolved yet, it's still the same but happens rarely). Also the average I get in city(Chandigarh) is 14-15 and in heavy traffic around 13. For highway I easily get around 18-19 and if I drive around 75-80 I can touch 22 also.

I haven't ridden the Guerrilla , but I believe the Seed might be more fun to ride. However, Royal Enfield (RE) has a larger market presence and is known for its reliability. Additionally, maintenance costs are likely to be lower. I suggest taking a test ride, and if the experience feels similar, go with RE.
