Hey brother! Congrats on your first 6-months with your ST! I have a 2015 ST3, have had it for almost years and I'll tell you this car does everything right and nothing wrong! I WILL say, you should look into modding your vehicle to really enjoy it. Get a cobb accessport, get a stage 1 tune and I promise you you'll love the car all over again. I got a 4-channel amp wired to the speakers to help with the interior speakers, they were TOO quiet for my liking, upgrading to ford sync 3 too (my year was the last year with sync2). A CAI, a stage 1 tune, a rear motor mount, and an exhaust will be all the mods you need, I promise you'll look at the car completely differently years down the line.

My family had one of these and it's what I learned to drive in. Loved these! The styling aged well I think. It had a very useful and utilitarian interior. Very roomy! And the windshield wipers were so cool lol! They rode very smoothly and where very comfortable to drive.

That third row was all mine as a 90s kid! Pulling out all those seats to move stuff using the rear sucked though haha. But hell I learned how to drive in our family’s Dustbuster haha

Chassis is based on the A body, and is even referenced in GM technical as being the same as a Celebrity Wagon. Easily shown by the transverse beam rear end, where W bodies are independent suspension. Not sure why you think it’s a CL. “Base-trim versions featured chrome exterior trim while CL versions were produced with red exterior trim and badging”

Nope. The base models had the red accents and different upholstry. The 1992 brochure I have explicitly says that. Perhaps different in the US.

@@AidanCristofaro You are correct. I was quoting Wikipedia which was actually wrong so I later corrected it. Red is base, opposite of the sedan which red is Eurosport. Chrome is CL, which means different interior cloth fabric and different hubcap. That’s it, but it’s something.

The early Corsicas from the mid 80's had the Column Shifter which would be really cool to have nowadays!

I like 1990s cars because they had the column shifter and were modern plus unique.

I'm not a huge car guy, but I bought one of them in 1998 (just reminiscing). Was just taking a walk through a used car lot, not looking to buy. Salesman asked me what I was willing to spend, so I said $5000. because I thought the figure was ridiculously low. He talked me up to $6000. and sold me a white one with 41,000 miles on it. Seemed like a new car compared to what I was driving. Lasted until 2006 and died with 159,000 on the odometer. Really, very little about the car is memorable, but it did provide good basic transportation.

That's a four speed. It has a circle D, and I think H and L. Therefore, this has the 3100 v6. The three speed shifted says D-2-1. Also note the power trunk release on the console there.
