The symbol for the incoming attack is extremely useful. Found that spamming protego is actually extremely helpful as well. Was able to get through and win. Still having issues with the targeting though -- I'll be targeting someone with a red shield and I cast incendio but it doesn't work bc the target changed at the last minute. Still needs some work on the mechanics bc of the amount of work it takes to get even close to decent, but I think the biggest thing is spam protego (you'd be lucky to get to cast stupefy tho) and watch for the symbol over your head. Duels are a complete chaotic shit show at the moment but in a few years I'm sure the devs will have the mechanics much improved lol

Target locking fucking sucks and because of that, and getting hit by their other opponents in the middle of casting I actually can't pass this fkn step in the game. And my partner isn't doing Jack shit. I just get levioso'd and killed in a second

This video unintentionally highlights the superior visuals of Avatar. The lighting in Avatar is simply on another level. In comparison, Horizon appears as if it’s a game from more than five years ago due to its flat and static visuals. Currently, I’m playing Horizon, but I’ve also played Avatar. The Raytraced Lighting in Avatar was a feature I truly appreciated. It’s quite disappointing that Horizon was merely ported without any addition of Raytracing.

(Specially the info with how it shows a sign above your head when their about to hit you.) Ironically enough I thought pretego was one of the more useless spells, who would have thought it would save my ass.

I too have just rage quit over this quest. Lost count how many times I was defeated !! After reading the above advice I'll try that tomorrow. I knew how to break their shield but i couldn't seem to do any damage to them. I wasn't matching their spell colour so that's probably why 😔

Horizon was able to look and play considerably better than Avatar despite being limited to the PS5's hardware. Just Imagine how incredible it's gonna be on PC!
