Every character and faction follows the theme of letting go. Boone can’t let go of his trauma from Bitter Springs. Veronica can’t let go of the brotherhood. Raul can’t let go of his youth and his days as a gunslinger. E-DE can’t let go of his mission of going to Nevarro. Lily can’t let go of her grandchildren. Arcade can’t let go of the Enclave. Cass can’t let go of her caravan. Father Elijah can’t let go of Helios one. Joshua Graham can’t let go of his hatred of the white legs. Daniel can’t let go of the sorrow's innocence. Ulysses can’t let go of the courier. The Think Tank can’t let go of their experiments and the old world. The Survivalist couldn’t let go of the people he tried to protect. Sinclair couldn’t let go of his love for Vera. The Brotherhood can’t let go of the old world’s technology. The Boomers can’t let go of their reliance on weapons (when they rebelled in the vault) The Fiends can’t let go of their addictions and ruthlessness. The Great Khan’s can’t let go of their hatred of the NCR after Bitter Springs. The White Glove Society can’t let go of their cannibalistic nature. The Omertas can’t let go of their lust for caps. The Chairmen can’t let go of their want for power. The Kings can’t let go of the star Elvis. The Followers of The Apocalypse can’t let go of the people they try to help. The pre-war nations couldn’t let go of their lust for power and resources. The Powder Gangers can’t let go of their hatred of the NCR for imprisoning them. The Remnants can’t let go of their past in the Enclave. Mr. House can’t let go of the city he rebuilt called New Vegas. The Legion can’t let go of the idea of a perfect ancient civilization known as the Roman Empire or their desire for power. The NCR can’t let go of the so-called perfect country of the USA or their desire to take Hoover dam and New Vegas. All the major factions want to achieve something that can’t last forever. The Roman Empire fell, the USA and the rest of the world were reduced to cinder in The Great War, New Vegas will eventually fall into disrepair, and an independent Vegas will succumb to the chaos of an anarchy system of government. All the factions want to reach their peak. But getting there isn’t the hard part… It’s letting go.

This is why Witcher 3 has perfect world design ever created ! Rarely where virtual scenes just takes me out of reality completely ! Skyrim sometimes felt close if it wasn't so janky all the time but games like Starfield absolutely fails miserably at this.
this slideshow in combination with the song is such a vibe

The Big Empty might have created any number of atrocities.... but they also made me a semi-immortal cyborg, gave me cool weapons, and gave me an awesome house. A TAX-FREE house. I forgive them.

42:48 bro imagine what a musical genius a person would need to be to compose just this part, much less the whole frickin OST. Marcin Przybyłowicz, Mikołaj Stroiński, Percival Schuttenbach, and Piotr Musiał, you guys are on another level.

I get the Dead Money hate but it's a shame. Elijah and Dean are great characters, the lore is top notch, and personally, I enjoy the ambiance of the place.

The DLC really has an impact on you. I was unable to escape with the gold bars no matter what I tried, and I ended up leaving the Sierra Madre as broke as I was entering it. A few days later, I was playing blackjack at the Tops, and I heard this song playing in the background. It served as a reminder of what I went through playing that DLC, only to come out empty handed.

What genre is this? It must be more specific than “jazz”. Looking for similar songs to make up a radio station for a Fallout tabletop homebrew.

I was really new to FNV, and I had the platinum edition of the game. I was intrigued by the drive in movie quest so I went to it. About 10h of dialogue later, I find myself stuck in Big MT with no way out and only at level 10. Needless to say, it scared the crap out of me and I had to restart the game from scratch. Rookie mistake...
